This is a task driven, classroom and hands-on educational program that trains, certifies and profoundly changes local area students into capable, experienced and certified "Green" home builders, regardless of their current experience and skill level.
The program is one year in length and is a training and educational program using our AEB construction system. During the training time period each builder trainee will receive a weekly paycheck of $500. Each builder trainee will learn all aspects of construction and how that applies using the AEB system. The trainee will actually work with AEB supervisors on real construction and will be expected to complete a specific number of houses to become a certified AEB builder. Upon certification these AEB builders will have the opportunity to purchase AEB products and components at a special discounted price and will receive cash bonuses based on their achievements. The AEB certified builder will be experienced, confident, and certified to contract on his or her own and will understand every aspect of the building process including, permits, inspection procedures, working with sub contractors, safety and security, financial, "green" importance and will be encouraged to become an entrepreneur in his or her community.
Upon completion, a student will receive a Certificate of Completion stating that he or she is trained and experienced to build these houses. The student will be able to purchase All Earth Built's products at a special price reserved for those who are certified.
